The Crab Galley (ODENTON location)

We got the Seafood Sample. We looked into the plate. All the seafood was supposed to be fried, but it looked like they didn’t finish frying it because the fries were soaked in grease and the batter they tried frying on the seafood instantly fell apart. This was our first time coming here and first place they we’ve gone to and this place was the worst experience never going back. One thing I would give a compliment to is the “hush puppies. They were made perfectly”.

This is our new favorite crab place. The crabs are heavy, well-seasoned, and reasonably priced. It's worth the drive from Howard County.

Ordered crab cakes, fish sub and fries. The customer service is very good and the seafood displayed in the case looks very fresh. The seafood that they cook for you is delicious. I think the fries are a bit to greasy and that makes them look dark (not a fan of the fries). But, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting fresh seafood.

While visiting for my cousins birthday I went to another restaurant and had a bad experience so I was hungry. I wanted some seafood and went to Google. I found this place and decided to give it a try. The oyster basket is amazing and fresh. The chicken tender dinner was breast and were huge. A little too much breading for me tho. The fried shrimp dinner....my daughter loved it. The seasoned fries was a little greasy but had great flavor. The crab balls were AMAZING....all real crab meat. I got the crab dip because another customer told me it was excellent. Havent tried it yet....going to try when we return back home. Last but not least was my absolute favorite.....Shrimp Salad!!!!!! A little pricey, but totally worth every cent! Huge shrimp, red onion, celery, sauce and seasonings!! Anytim

Gave them their last time to disappoint, and they did not disappoint. Went on Christmas Eve was super excited because my family was in town and the crabs were surprisingly terrible. The crabs were very hollow with extended gills. most were empty. The claws were dried out of some as well. This is my 1st time having bad crabs here, previously they've been ok. Though the shrimp salad is pretty good, the crab that evening and the terrible service, which is usually hit or miss depending on who is there is enough to keep me away. There are many other crab spots, some even cost more, if that means better **quality** and better service, that is where my money will go in the future.
