The Cove Sushi & Oyster Bar

We stopped by a sushi spot in Las Vegas for lunch and overall had a really great experience. The ramen was fantastic, and we also loved the Brussels sprouts and dumplings as appetizers — everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. Service at the bar was a bit slow, as it took some time for someone to come by to offer drinks or check if we wanted to order more. Still, the food really stood out and made the visit worthwhile. All in all, we really enjoyed our lunch and would definitely come back.

Picked the restaurant cos of the Google reviews. The food was really wonderful even without doing the upgrade, there were so many choices and they were fresh and small so I get to try lots of different dishes. The service from Jason was wonderful, he came checking in several times and offered to take the next rounds of orders at the perfect time. So happy with the place and will definitely come back again. Without upgrade, there are still some options of sashimi, and oysters (1/person), and soft shell crab.

What a fantastic and unexpected experience tonight. In town for business, just wanted a quick set of rainbow rolls. This place is so charming with a great atmosphere and attentive, friendly staff! The chef brought me out a delicious sampling of carpaccio and wow I felt like family. Thank you for the great experience. I will be back!

Angel and Ronald were amazing servers! Very attentive and quick; given the fact we were a party of 15. Appetizers are delicious! And premium fish was fresh to order. Can order half rolls too which was great, gave us the opportunity to try more rolls! Wish I took more pictures of the food! Would come here again! Thank you!
