The Cove Seafood

OK, so I had high expectations when I saw their FB page. I walked into the store and was impressed at how much the owners were able to capture old Paris, TX values with a touch of modern taste. Placed my order and was able to see it was cooked fresh right away. Customer service was very welcoming and genuine. The place smelled fantastic when my po boy was bing cooked, the clam chowder was precooked and packed in a small container. Now when I got home I will say I was disappointed to see how small the po boy was in comparison to what I normally get in DFW. The bread was that of a main lobster roll. I will say after I bite into it and started eating that I can truly taste the complexity of all the flavors together. No, this was not a regular po boy sandwich at all. This was a complex mixture

Let me start with Oh My Lord! I have eaten at a lot of seafood restaurants from Maine to St Maarten, and The Cove in Paris, TX is seriously at the very top of my all time favorite list! I ordered the lobster roll and a Mahi Burger. My 6 year old daughter explained the burger perfectly! “So many flavors all at once!” Seriously, ridiculously fantastic!! My son ate most of the lobster roll, with a couple bites stolen by me, and he was stuffed! Just do it! Don’t wait, that’s a day longer you could have been in Foodie Heaven!!! We will mos def be back, and SOON!!!

Best fish in Paris hands down! Cooper and Reilly do an amazing job with the service, the atmosphere and the quality of food! If you ever need fish in Paris you gotta check them out!!!

The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is super friendly and took their time to talk with us! This place overall just has great vibes. If you’re looking for tasty, fresh, and flavorful seafood, this is a visit worth your time and money!

I had the crab cakes and shrimp, was wonderful and great service.
