The Country Creemee

I visited today against my better judgement and the experience was not great. Really hoping to enjoy a scoop on a hot day with my toddler and instead greeted by irritable servers. The kids’ scoop was gigantic, absolutely silly huge. I asked them to put it back and serve smaller. They put some back, I asked for even less- finally we did eat about half of it. My ‘small’ scoop was also silly large so it needed a dish that I didn’t ask for. No other ice cream places struggle with this- you ask for a cone, you get a scoop on a cone. It’s not hard. So much ice cream that it’s not even enjoyable. The servers are pretty much always grumpy here. This time when I asked for less ice cream, the cashier told the other person something along the lines of ‘you take this, this customer pissed me o

Nice outdoor space. There's a state park with paved trails you can walk by the river and eat your icecream. The sepection is great. The servings are parge for the price. They also have grinders, soup, and the best hotodgs around. There is some indoor seating.

Great ice cream with a good flavor selection! The prices were reasonable and the portions are huge. Pretty nice little spot to get ice cream especially on a hot day. I would recommend the black raspberry for hard ice cream 🍨

Cute little ice cream shop with super friendly staff. It's tucked away on a lovely little town with two names; Turners Falls and Montague. Sadly, no maple creemees. It wasn't out of our way but it was intended to be our first stop in our annual maple creemee crawl. We had ice cream instead.

the icecream was delicious, no complaints about that. what i will complain about is the boss’s indescribable attitude and lack of empathy for her customers AND, even more so, her workers. when one of your workers make a mistake, you can tell them and remind them to make sure to fix it, not raise your voice at them and basically embarrass them infront of the entire store. disgusting behavior, im glad many other reviewers agree with me.
