The Cottage Creamery

Love going for ice cream here but wish they made their own. This is just Richardson’s, which is good, but you can buy it at the store for a lot less. Line can get super long and servers do the best they can, only so fast you can scope ice cream.

My family loves this place! They give a generous amount of ice cream which is good because the prices are a bit high. But it tastes great and we even buy some to take home. One opportunity for improvement is to increase staff because the wait time can get very long.

The cottage creamery is a great place to take the heat off a minute the beach. It's connected to the Cottage Island Market and has limited outdoor seating, but is in a perfect location arriving at or leaving from Plum Island Beach. Try the Conconut Chip with Almond Joy!

Went today, rude young woman working. Was 1030 am and she already irritated. I was taking a minute looking at flavors and she got huffy and puffy. Whole demeanor was off. Ordered for the kids and walked away. No tip earned.

Our family LOVES this place! It’s the cutest little beach town Ice cream shop. All of the staff were super friendly and extra helpful with my toddler wanting to order “for himself” and the ice cream sandwiches were amazing!! We will always come back!
