I was skeptical when coming in because you never know with bakeries but these are SO good. At first taste my initial thought was "this is different" but not in a obvious or bad way. With many other sweets after just one I can feel my teeth ache from all the sugar and I had 2 different ones from here and no aches lol. It's very light as well with some you feel stuffed and guilty for eating something sweet but if you're looking for a nice treat that won't leave you feeling like that this place is definitely good. Definitely will be back again.
Came in the past for cookies and the cookies are pretty good, as a fudge fancy fan I'd say these are up there with Bella Napoli in Troy fudge fancies. The cinnamon roll, was the reason I came back and gotta say it caught me by surprise how good it was. The best part I'd say is the buttery taste and the cinnamon filling while also being super soft and fluffy. PB Chocolate Dipped cookie was good just a bit dry.
No real wow factor. Visited on Valentine's Day to get a few items for mom. Later she asked where the goodies came from. There was no label /sticker on the box. I replied, "A bakeshop in CP" as I couldn't remember the name. So much for presenting a plain cardboard box to her. I found my own label at home with flowers on it and put it on the box to give it a little pizzaz. It was difficult to see the pretty red and pink baked goods as they were placed on the bottom two shelves of the showcase. Why wouldn't you move them up to the top so customers can see them better, especially on Valentine's Day? Letdown: Fudge Fancy cookie: dry {stale } and slightly overbaked. The area underneath the frosting was brown. This is a first as your FFs are always yummy.🤔 Please don't sell stale baked goods.
Absolutely disgusting. This place felt dirty the second I walked in, and the baked goods tasted just as bad as they looked. Everything was dry and stale. It all tasted like it had been sitting there forever. No flavor, no care, no effort. A bakery should be comforting and fresh, not gross and disappointing. Save your money and your stomach. Never going back.
I ordered a cake for my son’s 6th birthday. This cake must have been around $50 since I opted for the photo he specifically requested. Between the bubbles under the printed image, and the printed letters with a random cursive “r” in his name I’m not sure what’s worse. I mentioned these things to the teen employee I picked it up from, in which she said “yeah I see that. Sorry I can’t do anything.” Needless to say I should have gone elsewhere. Giving it 2 stars because it tasted good. How a baker could provide a cake with visible issues like this, I am not sure. Perplexing.
