Customer Reviews
I ordered their new De compas burrito and let me just say it was amazing! If you want something to fill you up I recommend. It's full and it's HUGE just like a burrito should be. It's a really good burrito! So is there pineapple agua fresca.
The burrito covered in sauce and cheese was absolutely amazing — packed with flavor and served with rice, beans, and fresh toppings that made every bite perfect. The fajitas were sizzling and loaded with seasoned meat and grilled onions. Even the simple sides like rice and beans were cooked just right. Their chips and queso were super creamy and paired perfectly with the colorful fresh chips. And the bottled Mexican sodas were the perfect finishing touch. The presentation is clean and inviting, the portions are generous, and everything looks just as good as it tastes. If you're craving authentic Mexican street food, The Compas is definitely the spot. I'II 100% be coming back!
The Compas Mexican Street Tacos is hands down one of the best taco spots around! Everything tastes fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. The street tacos are perfectly dressed with cilantro, onions, radish, cucumber, lime, and that rich, flavorful meat that melts in your mouth. You can tell they don't cut corners on quality.
Hands down the best breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. Everything about it was perfect — the tortilla was fresh and slightly crispy, the eggs were fluffy, and the mix of potatoes, cheese, and green chile had incredible flavor. You can taste how fresh the ingredients are, and it’s packed just right — no soggy bites or dry spots. If you’re anywhere near Castle Rock, do yourself a favor and grab one of these burritos. Absolute game changer.
I am a sucker for a good street taco. These tacos are not so big that they are difficult to eat but not small enough to where you scarf it down in 3 seconds. Absolutely delicious! I got the Carne Asada, Barbacoa, Shrimp, and Chorizo! Highly recommend! I will be back
