No Cow Cafe Gluten & Dairy Free Bakery

We ordered from here for our one year olds birthday and were beyond impressed! From the beautiful, tasty smash cake to the to die for apple crumbles and cinnamon rolls, both us and our guests were so happy. We could not recommend this bakery more!

Bakery items that are moist WITHOUT gluten (or other allergy friendly ingredients). Who does this? NO COW BAKERY! This bakery is magical! Since discovering my GF sensitivity, I haven’t enjoyed Carrot or Red Velvet cake in years. The bakery is a cozy, clean place with a friendly staff that takes pride in heir products. I can hardly wait for my next birthday to enjoy a birthday cake with the rest of my guests. This place should be on your list of places to visit in Castle Rock.

Amazing food and service. Nicest employees and so helpful. Best stop we made on our trip to Colorado. Hubby is deathly allergic to dairy and everything was absolutely safe and he had no reaction. Delicious pretzels and desserts!

No Cow Bakery is hands down the best gluten free bakery I've been to. Their staff is incredible, their food is delicious, and they are almost always willing to give you a sample so that you are sure you're going to like what you purchase. Though their prices might be higher than a non-allergy friendly bakery, they almost always have wonderful treat half price in their day old shelf. Give it a try, and I doubt you'll regret it! So whether it's ready to bake bread, or delightful confetti cakes, they truly have something for everyone.

I thought finding a bakery that could make a cake for our baby with a milk and egg allergy would be difficult, but we are so lucky to have found No Cow! That made the best smash cake for our daughter’s first birthday and the customer service was top notch! It was so delicious and adorable! We will absolutely be returning!
