The Colden Mill Restaurant

I wasn’t sure what to expect- I found the place on google while I was searching for a fun place to take my wife on Valentine’s Day that we’ve never been to. Looked cute in the pictures, so figured would give it a shot…and I am so so so happy we did! It has an incredible rustic feel (being an actual old Mill that’s almost 200 years old) and a warm a cozy vibe. The hostess was very kind, and sat us immediately, even though we were a tad early for our reservation. My wife was super excited because there was a working wood-burning stove right next to our table and it was so calming and toasty! The waitress was a delight, and incredibly kind and knowledgeable. Since it was V-Day they had a special menu for the night, and I promise every option looked incredible- it was really hard to choose!

I’m a foodie but more a service snob. This restaurant surely didn’t disappoint…Chuck and his staff are People pleasers… THE FOOD!! The food was incredible, we ordered three apps , we couldn’t decide on just one, stuffed mushrooms were delicious, the crab cake were amazing and the tuna tempura was perfect. For our entrees I ordered salmon pasta (incredible) and my gf had the eggplant. First time here and their ambience was just warm and comforting… if you haven’t tried this Gem do yourself a favor and take a ride you will not be disappointed…. PS. Try the hot pepper soup as well … phenomenal!!!

My husband and me had a wonderful dinner last night. Place is beautiful, table decor very nice. Service great and food was fabulous. Very reasonable prices also.
