I ordered the Arctic Char, expecting it to be cooked. Instead, I received an ice-cold, raw filet. When I informed the waitress about the mistake, she returned with the same dish, microwaved and served on a smaller plate. This bizarre behavior was unprecedented. To make matters worse, she then claimed that the cook intended to inform me that the fillet was meant to be medium rare. However, the photo clearly shows that it was raw. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant would have a cook with such an inflated ego. They were not apologetic and instead acted as if it completely normal to have it raw. I will never return to this establishment. They cannot own up to their mistakes. I had to pull over on my drive home and vomit on the side of the road because the food hurt in my stomach. I sp

We went on a Friday night arriving at 6:30pm, were told there would be a forty five min wait. We expected that so we sat at the bar and had some drinks. Was just over an hour when we were seated and ordered fairly quickly. We didnt receive our food until 9pm. The staff was very nice and our server took a round of drinks off of our bill but the fact that people who came in and ordered after us got their food before we did was frustrating. Not to mention the burger that was ordered medium was med/rare at best and the fish dinners were just ok, I dont think we will be back.

The chef and staff do an impeccable job with food and service. FRESH AND HOMEMADE! So tasty you will be amazed at this place. Kudos to the chef for always having amazing specials and unique plates. Brought home an Elk burger to try, yummy!

Haven’t been here in a few years and didn’t disappoint. This place is five stars and beyond all day, everyday! Very impressive. Will always recommend. Got a seafood stuffed haddock and french onion soup. Best French onion in Wny. Thank you for the foodgasm

When on a Friday night November 7. Dinner was great . Sisters had mussels and we had scallops dinner………all was good. Bread looked like left over pieces. Dessert was HORRID ! They advertised vanilla creme Brulee. Well there was not one thing that resembled creme brûlée……….nothing vanilla about it. It was a bright orange all the way through. Unfortunately we all ordered it to , to enjoy later. We took 2 bites and tossed it in the garbage, it was that bad ………..disgusting
