The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Unacceptably bitter and burnt Americano—literally undrinkable. This location consistently lacks basic barista skills. Last time my sugar-free Matcha was served sweet, and today they messed up my payment before giving me this terrible coffee. Extremely disappointed with the quality control.Even after letting the ice melt for 10 minutes, the coffee was still undrinkable.

I live in San Fernando valley and I’m a independent tech, Every time I end up at crossroads the street I go to my fav coffee bean shop place at the corner! Make me feel like home enjoying my sugary coffee moka!

When will you properly staff your store? Wait times are long even with only one or two cars in the drive thru, and drinks are inconsistent. The weekends are the slowest, and you should know that you will be busy and be staffed for it. Waiting 30 minutes for a drink at 6pm on a Saturday or Sunday is absurd. Hopefully more Dutch Bros will open in the area soon. They'll run circles around you.

We started using Coffee Bean as we wanted to move away from Starbucks. Over 3 times they have made errors and I did not say anything wanting to keep giving them a chance, but either this location, or how they operate as a whole is not not managed well. Each my wife and I order the same drink it never taste the same the consistency is off. 2 times I placed a mobile order way ahead of time. Once 20 mins and my drinks my drinks were still not done and I was waiting, another time they just did not make one of the drinks and just ignored the order. Last visit yesterday first time we used the drive through, and they got my wife's drink compltely wrong from a Vanilla Layered to a Vanilla iced coffee. She was did not notice until we already moved since she was on the phone. Really wish this place

It is my first time to go to The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Tried the Hot Hazelnut Latte, loved it.
