The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Usually love this place. Today, though, at 9 am i went. Ordered an ice blended dark chocolate. The first time, the color was extremely light in color and tasted like milk. Returned it and asked if it could be fixed. Got it back again with no coffee despite saying I ordered it with coffee, but the color was slightly darker. The drink was still wrong, but at that point they had more people come and scoffed when they saw me go back up, so I returned back to my seat. Very disappointing.

Great customer service and a fun selection of foods and drinks at good prices. Absolutely delicious!

Super clean!! Top 5 reason to hate it or love it: 1. location, location, location 2. Environment 3. Free WiFi 4. Space and power outlets 5. Customer service. Great location right next to the independent movie theatre Laemmle theatres. This is downtown Claremont and it feel more like uptown. Super clean with a great ambiance. You'll definitely want to walk around and enjoy some very unique places to eat. They have alot of options.

Such great service! Rosey was so friendly. Awesome employee. I do have not the best feedback for the food. Our egg cheese breakfast sandwiches we heated and the cheese melted all over the paper wrapping. Basically left no cheese remaining on the sandwich. Honestly it is no better quality than what you would find on a dollar menu at a fast food restaurant. $4.50 there.Hopefully that feedback is helpful. Outside of that great experience
