The Chicken Coop

The crunchy crust of this chicken breast is very flavorsome. The aroma of the fried chicken when it arrived at my table was mouthwatering. When I tore a bite out of the center of this meat, it juiced right up on the inside. Collards, cooked to perfection. This meal was extraordinarily delicious. Thank you to everyone at the Chicken Coop today.

I hate to say that I was disappointed. Floor was sticky, 91.5 rating, food was not all that good 😕. Gizzards had a good flavor but were tough and hard to chew. Maple glazed naked wings tasted ok but were very small, the sauce was nothing special.

Got there at 5:35PM. We had to wait to place our order until 5:49PM. Got our food for dine in as the only people there at 6:38PM , the chicken was ok. The hush puppies didn't have much flavor. The Mac and cheese came out broken and Luke warm. The wings we ordered came out cold, not the way we ordered them and were very small. The employee kept saying he was sorry that it was just 2 people working. After complaining about the long wait twice the employee eventually came out and offered extra drinks for free. Spent nearly $65 for 4 people. We ordered 20 wings a small order of gizzards, a 2 piece meal with fries, a chicken sandwich meal and 4 drinks.

Had some naked wings, flats, from here without sauce for a work thing. They were pretty good. Decided to try them out for dinner tonight so we ordered pick up. The Mac and cheese was great, felt skimpy as they filled maybe half the container for a large order but it was delicious. No photo because we ate it all on the way home! These are some of the smallest wings I've ever seen. I must have missed it eating all flats last time. And... THERE WAS A LONG HAIR IN MY WINGS. Thankfully I got 2 separate flavors because I did not eat that set. 🤢 I know it isn't our hair because of the type, texture, color, and how it is embedded in the bottom of this paper my wings were wrapped in.

I called in a order of naked Hot BBQ wings and Asian Thai the lady on the phone was very respectful and helpful. The service was very fast when I got there the wings were done! I do think the wings had good flavor they just weren’t as crispy as I like them other than that it’s a great place!
