The Catered Table

The Catered Table is without question the best restaurant in the Bitterroot Valley. Every single dish is exceptional, bold flavors, flawless execution, and presentation that rivals big city dining. An amazing experience as our first time going. We started with the vin rouge mushrooms and they were to die for. My wife got the moroccan beef bowl sans beef and she loved it, especially the pita bread. I got the grilled flank frites with the aja verde sauce. The sauce had a touch of spice on the backend that, when mixed with the pickled onions, gave the steak a light, airy taste and I couldn't be happier. We will be going back.

We reserved a table to celebrate a birthday this evening and had never eaten here before. We were very happy with our meals and will definitely recommend others eat here! We ordered the Braided Pork Belly to share as an appetizer. This came with kimchi pickles on the side, which was a nice touch of vinegar to contradict the sweet, fatty flavor of the pork belly. The pork belly was braised in a honey bourbon soy glaze that was crispy and caramelized on the outside, yet the pork was juicy and fluffy on the inside. This was hands down our favorite part of our meal! We also had four slices of garlic bread brought to us. This was a pre-buttered and seasoned french bagette and was toasted to a crispy, but not hard, texture. It was pretty tasty. I ordered Dad's Meatloaf for my entre. This was

Four of us went to dinner the other night and all of us were impressed with not only the food but the service. Helpful, knowledgeable waitresses and a chef willing to cook gluten free for those of us who require that. The filet, rib eye, mackerel and flank steak meals were excellent. Get your reservation and enjoy!

My husband and I stumbled across this little gem of a restaurant, and I can't recommend it enough! The Catered Table is definitely a little fancier, and the hostess did say that reservations are strongly encouraged, but we happened to walk in on a slow (tuesday) night and were seated right away. The service was extraordinarily friendly, and the ambiance was downright perfect! If you're looking to hop in, eat, and rush off, this isn't the place for you. However, if you're looking for a pleasant time with phenomenal food and kind service, then this is your spot! We ordered the bourbon soy glazed pork belly as our appetizer. We ordered the shrimp scampi, and that night's special, a braised short rib over a creole sauce with wild rice and a white chocolate cranberry creme brulee for dessert.
