The Capital Grille

My friend and I dined in for the Wine and Wagu pairing. We had a reservation and was seated right away. The staff was nice and welcoming, our server Anthony was the same. He was patient and answered all of our questions in addition to giving us suggestions. I ordered the Grille’s Wagu Cheeseburger and my friend ordered the Wagu Mushroom and Swiss burger. My burger was delicious. The bun was airy and soft and the burger was cooked just right and juicy. It came with fresh hot fries. We enjoyed our won’t too, we both had the Zinfandel blend. It was a great deal too! One glad of wine is $30 but the pairing was $38. I believe this promo runs through mid April. I would definitely go back to Capital Grilled for their specials and regular menu, everything was fabulous

We will start with the week before. Confirmed a reservation on Monday afternoon, got a call Thursday confirming the reservation as well as promising something special for my Father's 60th birthday. Upon arrival, there was a note thanking me for choosing The Capital Grille as well as birthday themed decor on the table. This was already a 10/10 for me the second I sat at the table. The server (Jason S) was amazing, offering us an extensive list of off menu items and even making suggestions on the type of cut to order. I have dined multiple times with The Capital Grille, but this was one of the best experiences that I have had at an American based restaurant chain in a long while. I ended up starting with the Lobster Bisque, The Doli, a side Caesar, and for the main dish I ordered a 14OZ Ne

We went here for a nice night out amd from the moment you walk in you're treated like VIP. Our server Chris had great energy,knew the menu, and made great recommendations based off of our preferences. My steak medium steak came out more well done I let Chris know amd the way that he and his manager got to work to ensure that I got another steak and fresh sides to go with it was phenomenal. It really wasn't that big of deal to me, but it was that big of deal to them and I really appreciated theit urgency and professionalism. Get dressed up and come vist Chris at Captial Grille you will not be disappointed!

This place is a must try ! The atmosphere is ideal for a date night or evening of fine dining. Such a beautiful experience. We reserved the private dining room and the customer service was excellent. Food was scrumptious,Must try’s are the lamb chops and and the black tie margarita. The mussels were delicious too!

Beautiful place. Amazing service! The lamb was cooked perfectly. The Wagyu was cooked well but lacked flavor. Enjoy the specialties, skip the sides. Overall, worth the time and the money.
