The Capital Grille

This place was amazing. As a professional inspector, I tried this for the first time and it was exquisite. The servers were very nice, Mason was great, catering to my every need, and almost no wait time. The atmosphere was very classical, as for this bar/grille theme. I ordered the filet mignon and it came with a full house within 15 minutes. Extremely nice service, and probably the best steak I’ve ever had. Absolutely 5 stars.

Had a fantastic experience at The Capital Grille-Boca Raton. The food was outstanding, especially the lamb chops which were cooked perfectly & full of flavor. The Caesar salad was just as delicious. You can truly taste the quality in every bite. Steve the bartender made the night even better. Friendly, attentive, & welcoming from the start. Great personality & excellent service. Cannot wait to go back & try more. Highly recommend.

Been coming to Capital Grille for some time , the Boca Location is one of my favorites never disappoints , great quality and service. Highly recommend.

A great dinner, with a minor complaint. First of all, high compliments to our server, Richard Tucci. Richard (or Tucci as his name tag states), was fantastic. This is the waiter you hope for at a place like the Capital Grille, but don’t usually get. Super personable, very attentive and just outstanding from start to finish. I’ll ask to sit in his section the next time I go. The dinner itself was very good. I did however order my filet Pittsburgh style, which it wasn’t at all. That said, I ate it as it came, didn’t mention this to Tucci, and it was still good…just not served as requested. The mashed potatoes were outstanding, as were the brussel sprouts and the bacon app. The grilled beet salad was also quite good. All in all, a very nice evening and a very good dinner.

Food was on point and delicious. Waiter was nice but fumbled drink service throughout the night. Refilled my coke with water, then brought a refill with a dead fly in it. At this price point you expect accurate refills without bugs. It isn't a Chili's after all.
