The Cannoli Pie Company - Corporate Offices

Pretty darn good cannoli pie from the Cannoli Pie Company! It is their specialty after all. I just had the regular cannoli pie, which I picked up at a local super market. It costs $16 at the store, may be less if you visit them or order online directly. I found the cannoli cream filling itself to be lovely. It had the perfect amount of sweetness, creaminess, and little chocolate bits. It's everything you'd want in a cannoli filling. The pie is topped off with the cannoli shell pieces. These pieces didn't taste too fresh in my opinion. The crust was similarly only okay. It would probably be tastier if you order right from the company instead of getting it from a third party like Weis. Still, solid sweets here.

The ORIGINAL Luigis cannoli pie is pure decadence. Think of a cannoli but deconstructed. The crust is a crumbly crunchy cannoli like crust. The filling is rich creamy sweet magical ricotta 3-cheese blend, then topped with a dusting of powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and a sprinkle of mini chocolate chips. Most Connecticut and Rhode Island retail grocery stores carry it. You can also order on Goldbelly or wholesale through their website.

I purchased cannoli andj was lucky to have a coffee with owner/baker. Desserts are delicous.
