Bridgeport Public Library-Beardsley Branch

This the best library in Bpt hands down. They’re very kind and helpful plus the Spanish young kid at the reception desk is awesome very nice and even went outside to get me when it was my time to get on the computer. The lady is nice as well they all nice and have a bunch of new books. Also when you order a book it comes really fast and they let me know right away. Just awesome👏🏽

As a big fan of libraries and their invaluable contribution to local communities, I was more than happy to hear of the opening of the new branch of the Bridgeport Public Library System. Though many of the shelves were half empty, that just means there's more room for great books, movies, etc. to be added in the near future. Look forward to the success of this branch.

One of my absolute favorite places to be!! The library personnel are all so wonderful! Always willing to help suggest my next book. Met a lot of new friends there. The best part of all?? They built it right next door to my house!! Come down for a book, a chat, craft time for young and old and you don't want to miss "The Spoon Man" on August 10th!!

The Library was amazing, today I was reminded of all the benefits the library has. It was also great to see young people come in after school. It reminded me of the importance of safe spaces. I'm excited about using the library more. P.S the staff was professional and very helpful.
