The Butcher's Market of Wake Forest

I take pride the food I serve and cook for my family. When my cousins asked for veal Osso Bucco, I scrambled to find high quality veal shanks and called around town to see who had them in stock. The Butcher’s Market of Wake Forest came to the rescue! I placed an order over the phone and they had it ready when I arrived. When I walked in, I thought had died and went to culinary HEAVEN. The selection was amazing and the employees were kind and helpful. The veal shank was the tastiest I’ve ever had (and made myself) - I will never go anywhere else for quality meats! Highly recommend!

Just purchased a steak of the month as a Christmas present. Christine was absolutely fantastic. I called and asked about the steak of the month and she was VERY kind and helpful. When I got to the store she remembered who I was and she helped me pick out some spices for the gift as well. Loved her customer service and energy. Keep it up Christine! The cashier was also very helpful and efficient. I did not catch her name but I can tell these employees care about helping their customers.

Very misleading representation of their Valentine’s Day meals. Preordered a steak/lobster meal. When I went in to pick it up Beard Guy said oh this is a meal for 1. I said I ordered for 2 people. I was annoyed and Beard Guy was not very friendly and failed to explain that each meal includes enough for 2. So i ended up ordering another meal. Became a Very Expensive meal. Now we have enough for 4. I give Butchers Market a D- on the effort.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Butcher's Market is our go to for great quality steaks. They also have delicious sides to choose from. The steak tips, house marinated steak tips and hot dogs are our favorites but we have never been unhappy with anything we get.
