Milazzos Ristorante

Being Italian it’s so difficult to eat at Italian restaurants. Just easier to cook home because it’s just not the same. But tonight we found this gem and we were pleasantly surprised and impressed! I had the crab cake for an appetizer and it blew me away. For entrees I had the lamb and my husband had the gnocchi and both were fantastic. The meatballs in his dish were like my mom’s and the Marsala sauce in my dish was reduced perfectly. We were a party of 6 and all of us enjoyed our food. We will be back!

Great pasta. I had the mushroom ravioli and it was delicious. I did not try anything else but want to come back to taste their appetizers.

Very interesting unique pasta dishes, Pollo Monachina is amazing. Pollo Martini very good, generous portion. Very much I recommend this restaurant.

After reading past reviews, we were looking forward to a good meal. There is little ambiance in the decor other than a touch light on the table. Our waiter quickly took our drink order which was simply unsweetened iced tea and some lemon for the water. He returned 5 minutes later to confirm that we ordered sweet tea, which we corrected. If you are looking for typical Italian food such as ravioli, eggplant parmigiana, or even pizza, this is not your place. We ordered two entrees and what was supposedly focaccia, again nothing was written down. The couple next to us who arrived after us received their bread ($3) while our order was overlooked. The waiter took their order and then came to our table and apparently had forgotten that he had taken our order. We reminded him about the bread after

This place surprised us . The manager came up and greeted us and we have a small good conversation! We found out the one chef is from Italy and the other is Dominican however both are from new York with years of Italian food experience. To our surprise the manager brought us out beer meatballs bread mozzarella out to sample.all of the food is delicious. We are from Jersey and it didn’t disappoint. I highly recommend trying this place . The manager also mentioned if there is something other than whats on the menu that you want they are open to making it as well!
