After many races getting free samples, made my first visit to Playa Bowl in Wake Forest. My in-house run buddy had the Mango Berry and I had the Lola Green Bowl with light coconut. 🤣 The bowls were amazing!! They are made of quality ingredients and very large serving size. I only made it half way, while the man child finished his in 5 minutes flat. There is a ton of variety and options. This turned out to be a great choice, even if it's one of the coldest nights of the year.
I frequent this location quite often, because my granddaughter loves Playa Bowl, as well as my family! Taylor & Avery (along with other staff) are so pleasant and professional. The location is clean and welcoming! I recommend everyone to try the delicious variety of fruits and toppings! Healthy living! Yesterday they introduced me to an ice coffee drink with almond milk and omg! I had another one today! Congratulations to Mr. D, (Owner) great meeting you!
We had a great first experience here. Despite recently opening, the staff were very knowledgeable about the menu and gave recommendations to us. There are tons of options. The design of the restaurant is great. Food was great. We will definitely be back. Experience was better than other smoothie spots in town.
Amazing experience at Playa Bowls today! I feel so incredibly lucky that we now have one in Wake Forest. We tried the Tropical Açaí bowl and the Goldie Mango bowl. Both of these bases were smooth, sweet and refreshing. They have other base options too like Greens and Coconut that we will definitely be back to try in the future. The toppings were all delicious and the perfect amount although you can customize a bit to your taste which is nice. Shout out to the incredible staff and owners for an outstanding grand opening! The DJ was a great touch! The vibes here were so positive and fun! I hope the energy stays high because it truly made for a great experience. Who doesn’t love an açaí bowl with a little side of positivity? The shop looks and feels beautiful. The murals and menu board are s
You would think there would be more of the ingredient in the name present. But here we are with a drizzle of Nutella on top of my Nutella bowl. Definitely doesn’t hold a match to purple bowl. (Sad face) way smaller palm sized portions for the same price I pay for a giant bowl. Probably my last visit.
