The Brick

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays with our staff and members at The Brick. Vito was so easy to work with and put together the perfect package for us. Everyone was thrilled with the food and service! The chicken parmigiana was cooked perfectly, as were the vodka penne and meatballs. We also enjoyed the large charcuterie spread, bruschetta, and pizzas. Abby, our server, was very attentive and always on top of our drink orders. We will be back!

Visited on a Wednesday from 7-8:30 light service. No wait time. Waitress was newish so not as personable. Ordered stuffed Italian garlic bread. Which has been on point in the past but today was cold yet still tasty. Ordered a 12" meatlovers to go. Wish I would've checked it before leaving as it was it was toaster than usually aka burnt crust. Super disappointed. Especially after spending a little over a 100 with tip for drinks and food. Hope to see consistency in service and food if we visit again.

The Brick is a classic spot in downtown Bethlehem that does not disappoint. The food is high quality and delicious. Their menu is massive so there’s truly something for everyone. Service is always top notch! Love them here and I highly recommend a visit!

Was my families second time here. First time was much better. This time we had pizza, stromboli, and pasta dish. Everything was fine. Our biggest issue was service. Server would drop something off at our table and even though or drink was empty they would not ask if we wanted something else. We were made to feel like every other table was more important. The Server would spend more time at other tables which I assume were regulars and we were just a fly over doing the bare minimum. Not sure we'll be back. Felt too much like an outsider and the food wasn't over the top that makes it a can't miss spot.

Quick dinner for 55 people the brick handled it like a pro! Hot fresh delicious food highly reccomend
