The Brass Lily Bed and Breakfast

The Brass Lily Bed and Breakfast is a wonderful, big victorian home. It is filled with the most beautiful furniture and built ins. The hosts are friendly and gracious. The breakfasts were so delicious and beautifly plated. I am glad we found this place!

We had a chance to stay at the historic Brass Lily Bed and Breakfast during a small vacation while attending the antique fair in June. It's incredibly challenging when scouting for a place to stay in an area you're unfamiliar with; and I'm here to report that you can comfortably stay at the Brass Lily and be completely confident in your choice. The inside of this historic building feels like a warm hug - rich original woodwork has been well cared for and everything is in good repair. The rooms are comfortable, with period furniture and enough electrical outlets to satisfy almost any visitor. We had a wonderful time at Brass Lily! The house is full of charm and beautiful detail and so wonderfully preserved and cared for. Our hosts were delightful - it felt like we were staying with family. From a warm greeting to delicious breakfast, we were sad to leave! Highly recommend this B&B to anyone passing through town or looking for a little getaway.

We’ve stayed at the Brass Lily twice and couldn’t recommend it more highly. It’s an extraordinary Victorian home with an exquisite sitting room, dining room, and clean, comfortable bedrooms. Most of all, the wonderfully warm and friendly innkeepers make this a rare pearl of old-fashioned hospitality. Every element of the breakfast is homemade, served family-style with other guests (or, as in our case, our own family, since we booked all four rooms). The innkeepers are friendly and discreet and clearly enjoy their role. They treated us like royalty. A great value. Why go to some anonymous hotel if you can book the Brass Lily for about the same price, with a hearty and tasty homemade breakfast as part of the package? Forget the forgetable hotel or airbnb. Come to the Inn.

Beautiful Victorian mansion with high ceilings, large windows, and big, comfortable rooms. The innkeepers are very hospitable and friendly. They serve the most wonderful breakfast, made from scratch. It’s served at the same time around the dining room table for all the guests—it’s fun!
