I’ve been here multiple times and it is legit my favorite restaurant in all of Humboldt County. Everything on the menu is super delicious, but the Mexican specials are on a whole different level. The huevos rancheros, the chile verde, and the birria plate are absolutely out of control—so flavorful and perfectly made. I love coming here with my family, but it’s also one of my favorite spots to meet up with girlfriends. The vibe is great, and they have amazing mimosas, too. I also love their hours—they’re open late, so there’s always plenty of time to enjoy a delicious dinner. It’s worth the drive from Eureka every single time. So, so delicious. Go check it out—you won’t regret it!

We came for the burgers as this used to be a great burger joint, got there and decided to give it a try, we were not dissapointed! I got the birria special and it was sooo good I cleared the very generously plated amount. My husband got the chicken sando and he liked his too. The iced tea was nice and strong, a detail overlooked by many, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. We sat outside as it was a beautiful sunny day, it wasn’t overly packed but we were also there on a Sunday at 12:30pm. Hard to find places open on that day of the week. And it’s off the beaten path so no traffic whipping by. It was a lovely day, great food, great service. They’ve only been open since August 2025 so hop on over and give them a try!

Very sweet family that runs the place. Great family friendly vibe, reasonable prices and welcoming to all. They recognize you when you come back and I have brought friends who had similarly positive experiences. They love dogs and have outdoor seating. I think the inside could feel cozier, but I am picky. Highly recommend.

We went here to celebrate my friend's birthday. It's hard to find places that do bunch on Sundays in Arcata and we were pleased to find this tucked away place. We ordered the half pitcher of mimosa. I told my friend that since she's the birthday girl she needs to pick the flavor. The person taking our order overheard that and told my friend happy birthday. We didn't expect anything or think anything of it, but once we finished our food the whole staff and family came out singing happy birthday and brought her another mimosa and a dessert. We were really impressed with the friendliness of staff and yummy food. Catching that it was my friend's birthday and celebrating my friend's special day with us amazed us and really made our day! Thank you! We'll be back!

We've gone several times since they opened and haven't had a bad meal yet. Standouts include the berry pecan salad, huevos rancheros, the street tacos, caldo de res beef stew, and the generous portion provided by the burrito! I got two meals plus out of that one. The dog-friendly patio and canine menu items are a fantastic addition.
