Chicago Style Pizza and Beef

Humboldt don’t sleep on this place! We’ve picked up food here twice and everything has been so delicious. Italian beef pizza is perfectly balanced with toppings, but even the basic cheese is a great medley of flavor and I love the crispy thin crust - total Chicago style. And the Italian beef sandwich itself is so good! Have been doing pickup which is easy and worth not paying extra for door dash, but door dash is definitely a convenient option for those who don’t want to drive out to Foodworks. Yum!

What a gem In Humboldt, so glad we were able to find this place, I used to travel to Chicago for work and loved their beef and pizza. I’m glad we have a piece of Chicago here in Humboldt. Hope this place takes off and RJ is here to stay! Food was delicious!

The pizza here is bomb! We ordered on their website and picked it up at their door, super easy. The fries were also very good and looked like they had been whole potatoes 30 minutes ago, not like a lot of frozen fries you get elsewhere. I’m going to try the poutine fries next time.

I was DELIGHTED to taste a real Chicago Tavern-Style pizza in Humboldt County. Crispy thin crust, cut in squares, great sauce and sausage with fennel like it is supposed to be. Thumbs up.

I was really happy to recently discover RJ's Chicago Style Pizza and Beef take out. I plan on being a regular as the menu provides lots of great options. The thin slice pizza is the best in the County.The sauce that is used is fantastic. I look forward to ordering a Thee-Italian Beef this week. One thing I really appreciate is on the two occasions I have picked up Pizzas RJ's service was spot on. I received my pizzas right on time and just out of the oven. So glad we have this resource in our community. Mike
