The Boiling Crab - TO GO

The Boiling Crab was insanely delicious! There were a lot of options for making your bag, and there were plenty of options for people like me who don't like seafood much. My bag was filled with potatoes, hard boiled eggs, and sausage links. The prices were decent, but the bill added up very quickly, though it was definitely worth it. The service was absolutely top tier. The staff was able to accommodate a large party, and worked very hard to ensure we were happy and comfortable. The staff was very polite and made wonderful suggestions. We left extremely happy, and full!

Went there to get food to-go, got back home and realized they got the order wrong. Wasted another 30 minutes of my time to come back and got zero compensation for it.

Today my wife I ordered takeout over the phone at 5:20 PM, they told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived to pay at 5:54 PM, by that time my order should have been ready. The girl told me my order would be ready in 20 minutes and that they would send me a text message. I waited in my car, but no one texted me. I went inside to see what was going on, and they handed it to me at 7:10 PM. Everything was cold, and I didn't wait for them to show me what I got because I was very upset. When I got home, I was missing a bag of one and a half pounds of shrimp, no limes. What terrible service.

If you don’t order their whole tub of extra sauce for $5.50, your boil is DRY. Literally negative amounts of sauce. Definitely feels as though it’s to force customers to purchase the additional sauce.
