Saigon Bistrot

My wife, daughter, and I were in the area looking for something flavorful and comforting, and we were all craving Thai and Vietnamese food. After browsing Yelp, we came across Saigon Bistro and decided to give it a try, and wow, what a great decision that was. First impressions: There's plenty of easy parking, and the lot is clean and well kept, which is always a nice start. The restaurant itself is cozy with about 7, 8 booths and a few larger tables in the center, perfect for family style dining.The space feels calm and welcoming, with a relaxed ambiance and very clean surroundings. Wonderful experience! We were passing through town hoping to find a place to grab some lunch. Pretty much everything we came across was closed for some reason, but thankfully we stumbled upon this cute gem of a restaurant! The food was delicious and fresh, and above all the service was outstanding! The husband and wife owners were so kind, accommodating and friendly. The decorations made this place stand out too! Highly recommend!

Saigon Bistrot attracted me with its banner promising Thai food, of which I am a great connoisseur, naturally ;). I have a bit less familiarity with Vietnamese cuisine. Here is my two cents on this new place: The Thai dishes can compete with dishes from any of the best Thai restaurants in Orange County. I loved their Pad Thai and Yellow Curry especially. Prices are competitive as well, and better than some. The Thai portion of the menu is very limited however, to a SB's featured specialties are deluxe garlic fried rice and the sampler platters; the fried rices are well worth it and the best menu items IMO. Try the /Spring Rolls too, they make a great side dish with the fried rice. From the friendly service to the nice, cozy dining experience, I felt welcome and quite pleased with my lunch.

This place opened recently and we’ve already been here over 4 times. The food is fresh and flavorful, they have a great menu with lots of options. We’ve tried their pho which was super flavorful. This recent visit we tried their Thai options which were very delicious. Their service is also great, they made us feel very welcomed.

Restaurant ran by a lovely married couple. They are super sweet and you can taste their love in the food. 110% recommend stopping by and trying their fusion Thai food. A unique and diff concept. Will be coming back for more.
