The Blue Parrot Lounge

Came into the Blue Parrot Lounge on a Friday night for the first time. I ordered the Wagyu Sliders and Goat Cheese with Crackers, as well as a glass of Prosecco and Chardonnay. The vibes here are really neat, with an old Hollywood atmosphere and music. It’s a small restaurant so would certainly recommend booking a reservation! The service was just okay though, with it taking 30 minutes for our appetizers to come out after ordering them. The food and drinks are also on the more expensive side, so I’m not sure if I will be coming back in the future.

Absolutely love this place. This place is perfect for dates and special occasions. Very elegant nice launge. The food is quality and delicious. The staff and polite and attentive.

It’s in a very odd place in Rocklin and obscure strip mall very unassuming from the front of the building …once you walk inside you were taken back to a speakeasy type vibe. Low lighting, red velvet chairs, and sofas very nicely done. we were greeted very promptly and seated. The waiter was super nice. We met the owner. Very lovely lady. The wine list and bubbles menu definitely needs to be improved upon what they have is nice but not top-notch. As far as the food goes, we started with the charcuterie board which needed some help a little too much cheese not enough meat, low quality crackers. It wasn’t the best. I would not recommend it. Great atmosphere and really good service. Cozy, relaxed and nice music on a Saturday night. Service was really good and the food was even better. I had the ribeye with potatoes and veggies and it was amazing. We also got the shrimp and crab cocktail. It was also really good. Last and definitely the hit of the evening, the charcuterie board was beyond the best we've had and only $36. There was enough food on the charcuterie that we really didn't need anything else. The management and owners were personable and friendly too. Looking forward to coming back with friends next time.

Great intimate place with private club vibe. Quiet and very well appointed. Food was well prepared. Service was great. We met the owner while dining.
