The Blue Barn

The Blue Barn is a must-visit spot for us at the Minnesota State Fair, often our very first stop! Year after year, they come up with incredibly delicious and unique dishes. Some of our past favorites include the French Toast Bites (complete with whipped cream, berry sauce, and a fun pop rocks topping!), the Nashville Hot Chicken on-a-stick, and the delightful Breakfast Gnocchi. 2024: Forget chicken AND waffles, this is chicken IN a waffle! Great place to visit at the MN State Fair. You have to try the French Toast bites and Blueberry Basil Lemonade....it was very refreshing without being overly sweet. We were at the fair early and stopped for breakfast. • French Toast Bites • Texas Toast Staff and service was top notch...loved it. I found a new "go-to" spot at the MN State Fair.

The blue cheese fritters with chimchurri are absolutely fantastic! the blueberry lemonade was also decent. The food was on the pricey side--$7 for a very small cup of lemonade.

This stand had great french toast with pop rocks. The lines went fast. The service was good. I would come here again when visiting the fair.

Happy to see no line! Super fast friendly service. Loved the chimichurri sauce with the corn and blue cheese fritters. Enjoyed everything we tried!
