Shanghai Henri's

The new Pimento Cheese Puffs at Shanghai Henri's were one of our favorite new foods at this year's Minnesota State Fair! The puffs—a blend of cheddar cheese 🧀, mayo, and pimento peppers wrapped in puff pastry.and deep-fried—were delicious on their own. While the puffs were perfectly delicious without the pepper jelly, its addition elevated the dish significantly. The sweet and spicy flavor combination took the experience to a whole new level! 🤯

Had the lutefisk buns this year and they were great! They also helped point out where the beer flight was on the other side.

We loved the Baja breeze slushie and Moscow mule slushie! Got them both times we visited the fair and way better than some of the other drinks offered at the fair! Definitely our go to moving forward as well. Way better than the pineapple margarita slushie at café caribe!

Ross helped us today, He was so quick! He remembered my mom’s name, I thought that was sweet. Over all, will always be looking for Ross to serve us again! Such a sweetie ☺️
