The Bloom Coffee Roasters-Harker Heights

Today I purchased a tteokbokki with egg and cheese and a taro milktea with extra boba and tiger cream. The fish cakes and rice cakes (tteokbokki) were so delicious! The cheese added a nice creamy touch and the egg was cooked exactly how I like it. The taro milktea was suggested by one of the employees and I loved it. The boba was perfectly chewy and sweet and the tiger cream was a delightful new experience. The workers do such a great job at making sure you feel welcomed! They suggested what I should order based on what I normally like and I am so grateful for their advice! I would absolutely come here again.

Been here 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Every drink I’ve tasted was yummy. I ordered my friend a caramel coffee frappe and she liked it. Thai tea smoothie Honeydew smoothie Coconut smoothie Very cute store. I never had to wait long for my drink. I’ll definitely keep coming back 😃

I don’t really know where to begin. I ordered the tteopokki with cheese thinking it would be rice cakes and a thicker gochujang sauce stir fried & mixed with cheese. I was pretty scared when it was served to me because it was nothing like I was expecting. It smelled like fish and as someone with a shellfish allergy I was REALLY worried. After talking to the staff my husband and I were reassured that there was NOT any shellfish in the dish but fish cakes…? Nowhere on the in-person OR online menu does it say that the tteopokki has fish cakes in it so I was taken aback. I gave it a try and… each individual ingredient is good? The Bloom is top tier! I love the vibe it carries and the food is ALWAYS on point!! Never messed up or cold. The staff is amazing and always dealing with me being all extra. They also recommend stuff to me and have me trying new things and I always end up falling in love. Especially with the Matcha Strawberry/Mango Latte.
