I had a great experience with UPS thanks to Beka. She truly went above and beyond to help me. She was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Excellent customer service like this makes a big difference. Thank you, Beka, for your professionalism and kindness!

From start to finish the people working there were very efficient. I told them immediately that I couldn't print my label and they told me the exact price down to the tax that I would need to pay to have a label printed by them. All in all the entire visit took a grand total of 2 minutes. No fluff, no uncertainty. They took my amazon return and had my label printed extremely fast. I would've put higher than 5 stars if I could.

Barbara at store 4207 in Harker Heights went above and beyond to help me with an issue on an Amazon return. I can't stress enough how amazing she was. The first girl that helped me seem annoyed that I didn't really know what I was doing so I left and when I came back, Barbara took over. Keep her she As she has an asset to the company!
