Don’t overthink it, just go. Yeah, the vibe might feel a little unfamiliar at first. But once the food hits the table, none of that matters. This is easily one of the best meals you’ll get in the Hamptons. No fluff. Just well-seasoned, well-cooked and well priced food that actually delivers. I’ve had everything from wings to tomahawk steaks, and not once have they missed. Luis runs the bar like a pro—solid drinks, good conversation, no BS. The staff moves fast, the place gets packed, especially in the summer. It’s loud, busy, and full of life. Bottom line: if you care about food more than hype, this spot is worth your time.
2 stars is generous. I’m a bartender and server with ample experience. This was my second visit and it was mediocre. My first time the food was good things were paced normal and seemed worth going back it was pre COVID in 2019. It’s been plenty of time to be back to normal it’s 2024. The portions are so big I wish we had shared an entree. Nothing was that impressive or stood out from the meal, the flavors were basic and plate looked well put together. Our wait time was horrible (there were only 4 tables in the restaurant & half a bar full of ppl) and they forgot an appetizer (kind of a blessing we would’ve wasted more food). We also ordered food Togo for our son and they left it sitting and us sitting even after our bill was paid , we asked for it only to find it was cold. The owner didn’t
I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Virginia was our server and she was so kind and personable. For dinner I had the “Whole Roasted New Zealand Rack Of Lamb Goat Cheese And Pesto Mashed Potatoes Vegetables And Red Wine Sauce” and my boyfriend had the “Pasta Ai Frutti Di Mare Medley Clams, Shrimp, Mussels, Calamari, Scallops And Lobster With White Wine, Roasted Tomatoes, Romano Cheese, Chopped Garlic And Ricotta Cheese.” Portion sizes were very generous and the food was impeccable. This is my new favorite restaurant and when I am back in town, this will be the first place I go. Compliments to the chef.
You won't believe how good the food is here, the American Steak and Seafood cuisine is authentic and homemade. This is not a corporately owned eating establishment, its family owned and operated. The food quality and huge portions exceeded my expectations. We tried the rib eye, lamb chops, tuna 3 way and crab cakes they were all fantastic and reasonably priced.
Great restaurant in Springs homey family style feel mix of Asian flair and fish, delicious ribs too make a reservation at this place it gets busy
