Grindstone Coffee & Donuts

I was visiting East Hampton and kept hearing about Grindstone Coffee & Donuts, so I had to check it out. The donuts were some of the best I have ever had, soft, fresh, and full of flavor. I also grabbed a coffee and it was just what I needed to keep exploring the town. The place has a really welcoming vibe and the staff were super friendly. As a visitor, this felt like one of those must-stop spots that makes the trip even better.

Went early on a Sunday like 8am. Hardly a line, 1 person ahead of us. Service was friendly by both workers. We got an iced black coffee and an iced peanut butter mocha, 1 of each special donuts and 6 of the minis. We were buying for 8 adults so we did get more than expected. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the price. Almost $100 which for the Hampton’s I guess is normal, but for me, that’s insane. The donuts were good and fresh and the coffee was good, coming from a coffee hater who just wanted to try it. I didn’t hate the peanut butter mocha. I think we’d come back for just the 2 next time.

Just the best!! The peanut butter mocha is one of the most delicious coffee bevs I've ever had. The donuts are delicious and the vibes can't be beat!! The staff is so warm, friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is perfect - gorgeous farm-picked flowers, local goodies, etc. Don't miss this spot!!

I got a peppermint mocha and asked to alter the sweetness a little. The barista was not judgmental and so kind!! She made a fantastic latte. The milk was steamed well and the flavor was delicious. 10/10 recommend, so happy to have found a great specialty cafe!
