The most incredible sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast biscuit sandwich ive ever had. Im very picky about my food, especially my biscuits. Im so very glad to have stopped here for breakfast before leaving the area for our next stop. Biscuits aren't dry. They aren't super flaky and are super moist. The best ever, and hubs and I travel a lot. Love it. Wish we had one of these back in DFW. I'd be a regular.

Adorable food truck hidden behind some painted barn doors. I got biscuits and coffee there both mornings we stayed in Appalachicola. River was serving and he's got a great friendly demeanor and you can tell he loves his job. Biscuits were fluffy and delicious.

It’s a really cool little food trailer cleverly installed in the side of a building. My bad for NOT taking photos of the Chicken Fried Steak Biscuit and the Sausage-Egg-Cheese biscuits. The biscuits were made here, very flaky, and delicious. The gentleman working this morning was extremity friendly and conversational. I love the spirit of this little hole in the wall! Go early before he sells out. Everything is obviously fresh-baked. I had the chicken fried steak biscuit AND the sausage egg and cheese. And yes honey, I walked there and back from The Gibson Inn both times to help offset my caloric intake…lol!

Holy smokes at this hidden gem! All the times I have been to Apalach and never knew about this place! Hands down the best breakfast in the area! Had to be a fat boy and try the honeybutter chicken biscuit and the cubed steak, egg, and cheese. You won’t be disappointed and will be full off one!

Delicious reasonable priced breakfast! We both got the sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. The biscuit was fluffy and held together well. It didn't crumble like some fluffy biscuits. I loved the wrapper the biscuits came in! As well as the place. It's definitely a hole in the wall place!!! The man working the counter was friendly and a good attitude.
