The Bernerhof Inn

We have stayed at many B&B in the area. Here is the good and bad for this place. The good is the Inn keeper is very friendly,personable, great cook. He went out of his way and picked up a gift card for my Mother in Law to give us for dinner. The room was fabulous and clean. The Inn it's self was very charming and beautiful. The value was great and not far from shopping. The down side is our room had a broken faucet to fill our jacuzzi tub . We had to fill by the hand wand on shower head which took for ever. Unfortunately the Inn keeper is the only staff right now besides the cleaning crew. He has to check you in, make the breakfast and be bar tender. That being said we would stay again. It's a lovely place and it just needs more staff.

Are you looking for the quintessential New England Inn to spend 2 or 3 nights in. Nothing beats the Bernerhoff Inn in Glenn. New Hampshire Nick was absolutely awesome. His dog was so cute. Service was above and beyond rooms perfectly kept place is absolutely gorgeous. 1700s inn with all the fine accompaniments breakfast every morning made by the innkeeper. Couldn't have asked for a better stay for our 35th. Wedding anniversary. A must do every year. Location is excellent, 15 plus minutes to all the hustle and bustle of the shopping in North Conway. 10 stars

We had a nice stay although was not expecting there to be no heat. Nick the owner has accommodated us with our room having space heaters which did work out well.. The website does need to be updated as the restaurant and spa have been closed. Other than that, we had a nice weekend and made the most of it.

IF YOU READ THIS STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Long review incoming! Booked the Jackson Village room for my husband’s birthday. When we arrived, the room looked different from the photos, but the host didn’t say anything, so I thought maybe I remembered wrong. Then I noticed we didn’t have a jacuzzi (which was the main reason I booked that room). After checking the pictures online, I realized we were actually in the Intervale room: smaller, no jacuzzi, no soap, no batteries in the TV remote, and cracks in the bathroom! I texted the host right away using the number on his card (he said he was always on site and available). Never got a reply. Glenn New Hampshire. “Worst customer experience ever” Our experience was unacceptable. upon arrival, The front door was locked, The listed phone number was out of service, we entered through a side door. The manager claimed we had no reservation, ignored our confirmation email that I showed and mentioned he had many fraudulent bookings. he offered another room with less amenities but couldn’t locate the key , And later told us rudely that it was in the room without informing us earlier. When we requested a refund, he told us to leave and promised payment In in 3 to 5 days. Three days later, The refund had not appeared in the bank.
