The BBQ shack

Love it. We were in the area for 4 days and ended up having lunch here 3 times. Awesome ribs, awesome wings. We had the garlic butter and garlic parm wings. Sandwiches are great too. Be sure to get them with garlic bread.

Everytime we around we bounce back for bountiful bunches of buffalo wings and BBQ ribs! As soon as the plates came out the family blacked out and began to scarf down the food only leftovers were around for photos. Ribs with green beans and sweet tater fries Grill cheese with fries Buffalo wings Buffalo sauce Pulled pork sandwich with fries Coconut pie Banana pie Peacan pie All of it was fantastic!!

We have lived in Florida for 5 years and this place was just down the road and we never stopped. It looks like a hole in the wall but remember hole in walls usually are hidden gems. A friend had told us about this place so we gave it a try and we're glad we did. The portions are large and the food is delicious. They are building a new restaurant behind the original. So if your cruising through Fanning Springs give it a try.

I got ribs with a 1/4lb side of brisket. Ribs were pretty good without sauce. Brisket was okay. The portions were healthy and the price was good. Service was good as well. I recommend this BBQ.

The building is not much to look at, but the food is great. The brisket sandwich and coleslaw were great! There are a lot of other items on the menu I would like to try. The staff is super friendly and nice.
