Called to place a gift order for someone special in Richmond because I live out of town and couldn’t come in myself :( Spoke to Nick and the owner, they were super helpful and friendly and made up something great & delicious looking in no time! Highly recommend!!!

My kids loved walking into this bakery, we all enjoyed everything we got and the customer service was top tier! Definitely will be returning soon.

I would rate them zero stars if it was an option. I tried to order a cake for my son’s birthday and they told me to give them a week’s notice. Then when I tried to place and confirm my order they read my messages and ignored them. My calls were also ignored. My sister also tried to place an order and she was ignored until the last minute, when it was too late to make the order. Then they post on their Facebook page that they were busy with a large order and that I must have not known their hours. No, they ignored me because I was only ordering one cake and apparently my order wasn’t important. My son is also on the spectrum, so he is only able to eat certain types of desserts. I am very disappointed that he was not able to receive his cake and that this business was so unprofessional. They

The donuts never disappoint. There’s always an amazing selection and delicious. The coffee drinks are amazing too. The prices are a little on the high side but always good food.
