The Annabel Lee Inn

We booked Han's Room and Hummingbird Nest--both were great! The private balcony off Hummingbird had a great view of the valley. Good parking, nice kitchen, beautiful living room on the 2nd floor where we played cards. The inn is a short walk to everything on Main St and the campus. We can't wait to stay again.

We first stayed at the Annabel Lee in Geneseo, NY when our daughter had orientation at Suny Geneseo in 2013. The Annabel Lee is an absolutely gorgeous Victorian home. We stayed in Han's Room, which is a lovely and comfortable 2nd floor bedroom with a private bath. The room, which faces Main Street, is very peaceful and is decorated with lovely furnishings and a very comfortable bed! The is my husband's first choice when he picks up our daughter each May. The coffee is waiting for us when we wake up. Pattie's breakfasts are deliciously homemade. We love the fresh cookies she leaves out for guests at the front entrance. She is always available and helpful! We look forward to more stays!

My husband & I along with my 24 year old son & his girlfriend went to visit Sarah for her 22nd birthday. Since it was during finals week, Sarah couldn't spare a lot of time with us but dinner & drinks followed by breakfast was doable. We stayed on the third floor at the Annabel Lee. Both rooms were bright, extremely clean, and wonderfully decorated. One of the rooms had a small balcony off of it to sit. It offered great views of the valley. Patty was a great host and very accommodating. We were able to sit on the porch until late in the evening and hang with our children. It was a wonderful time.

We rented almost the entire house for Geneseo Alumni weekend. It was perfect for all our needs-you can NOT beat the location !! Walkable to everything - Main St, campus, restaurants/bars etc. The rooms were spacious, very clean and mattresses were super comfy. The kitchen was large and had a great deck to view the sunsets. We will definitely be back !!

Beautiful clean Victorian home with wonderful wallpaper, tile, woodwork, comfortable beds and stairs. Our area was on the second floor with sitting room, kitchen and two lovely bedrooms and 2 more bedrooms on the third floor. ||||Four of us women met in Geneseo location to view special event on tv (Daytona 500!!). We also enjoyed special time around the kitchen table with valley view. Expect the deck would be especially nice ... in different season!!||||Owner Brian went above and beyond to help us, thank You.
