Temple Hill Bed & Breakfast

Temple Hills B&B is a lovely and comfortable place to stay, rich with history and beautifully maintained. We decided to take an impromptu trip to Letchworth and stayed for one night at Temple Hills. While we were able to walk the beautiful grounds and stroll through the garden around the pool, autumn was settling in so I would love to see it in its full glory! Breakfast was delicious - eggs with hash browns and ham, blueberry muffins and fresh fruit. The dining room is not to be missed - the owner believes the wall paper, 70 years old, may have been hand-painted. The building itself is 200 years old, and has been obviously well-cared for. Came back for a wedding of a friend nearby and decided to stay at Temple Hill. Absolutely wonderful experience! Ms. Gail was extremely attentive and accommodating. The room was bright and clean, and the food was fresh and delicious every morning! The property itself is filled with charm and feels like being at home. Close to the town, you can easily get to the Main street via a 10 minute walk or 3 minute drive. Close enough to the main town but quiet at night and truly peaceful. When I am back in the area, I will absolutely stay at Temple Hill again.

We stayed 3 nights at Temple Hill B&B. Gail is a gracious host. The rooms are very comfortable. There was a delicious breakfast served each morning, including fresh fruit salad, homemade sweet bread and a hot entree. There is a large living room and an upstairs sitting area that guests can use.|We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

This Bread and Breakfast lodging is the best we have ever been to. Owner was just wonderful, made us a nutritious breakfast, and was very, very welcoming !!|Rooms were clean and tidy, all rooms of the house were beautiful. felt like a home away from home Highly recommend !!!!

We had a very nice stay at Temple Hill during July 4th week. This historic building was a pleasure to enjoy, as well as the graciousness of the staff, especially Gail the Proprietor. The heat was brutal, but our bedroom was comfortably air conditioned, and what a pleasure to be in the pool during one 90 degree afternoon. The breakfasts were always filling - no need for lunch while staying here - and the variety was amazing. Gail helped us out with recommendations for visiting sites and restaurants. This is a private home and we were made to feel as though we were family. Special requests for food items and early times for breakfasts were accommodated in the wonderful dining room with ancient silk wallpaper.
