The 1890 Pub & Bistro

Overall we enjoyed our dinner & will be back. The server was great! The flat fries were great & so were the onion rings! I do feel some of the food was overpriced & was not a fan of the fries not coming with our meal. The Kids portions were massive!

WOW!!! What an incredible experience! We made reservations for Valentine’s Day/ our anniversary, and never been here. We can’t say enough good things about the food. Dessert was amazing too. Service was 12/10 Our waitress Beth was remarkable. She loves her job and it shows. She was “Johnny on the spot” with our drinks. We’ve never had such attentiveness at a restaurant. She made our night very special and memorable. We will definitely be back soon! Check this place out. You won’t be disappointed.

A little disappointed in the "full rack" of ribs. Maybe a full rack from a teacup pig. They were decent. The fried pickles were good. Flat fries were alright as well. Our server and hostess were great - very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere was nice. We'll give 'er another try in the future.

First timers at 1890. Showed up a little after 7 and was told it would be a 5 min wait. So we sat at the bar and grabbed a cocktail. The bar had a warm, “I could be a regular here” kind of vibe. Closer to 15 min later we got sat, noticing multiple tables were open and only one couple had walked out since we had been there. No big deal, just an observation that it didn’t seem too crazy busy for such a long wait. Right away the staff informed us of multiple things they were out of. My husband thought it was embarrassing to be out of so many menu items on a Saturday, but honestly, we wouldn’t have ordered those few things anyway. Really solid food here! Came for lunch and had some of the best sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. Reuben was top notch with really good quality corned beef, perfectly melted Swiss and just the right amount of kraut. Perfectly grilled - no soggy bread here! Our Cuban sandwich and Monte Cristo were all made with the same attention to quality ingredients and perfectly executed. The highlight was the Irishman burger. It was AMAZING. Best burger I have ever eaten. Highly recommend you give this burger a try. Service was excellent. Highly encourage people to give this restaurant a visit. We’ll be coming back for sure.
