THAT Burger Spot! #5

I just visited the burger spot on Moreland Avenue. Cash was the staff who helped me and he has amazing customer service. The food taste great too!. I decided to get the jive turkey burger with cheese and crinkle fries. Everything was seasoned well so hot and delicious! When you are at that burger spot on Moreland, make sure you come by and check out Cash. He will take care of you and give you the best burger you ever had!

THAT Burger Spot delivers flavorful, well-seasoned burgers with generous portions. The patties are juicy, toppings are fresh, and the overall quality is consistent. The atmosphere is casual and laid-back, making it a good option for a quick and satisfying meal. Service is generally efficient, though timing can vary during busy periods.

Stopped by here because I was craving a burger! I’ve never been to this location but the service provided CASH was outstanding. He greeted upon entry and provided top service the entire time. Plus the vibes were vibing - they had the good soul music on. Thanks Cash!

Carl and Cash were awesome! As soon as we walked in we were warmly greeted and asked what type of patty we’d like to be put on the grill. By the time we finished putting our order in at the kiosk our burgers were already halfway done. The burgers and Cajun fries were delicious! We finished our food in no time (as you can see from the photo). This is definitely one of my top burger spots in the city.

I have extreme concerns with the care of food. There was 3 ladies preparing food. None of them had gloves on. None of them had hair nets on. There was a girl that was outside and came in, talking to other guest. She went straight into the kitchen and did not wash her hands. Another girl- she had half braids and curly hair & fuzzy edges, she handled her phone & AirPods- yes, with the same bare hands she used to handle the food. The food smells absolutely amazing. But it’s just where are the health standards? I spent 30 for questionable food. Maybe I caught a bad day , but the wait was longer than an hour. If they hand some sense of urgency (given it’s a fast food spot), I can Foresee it to be about a 30-45 min wait. I would assume the other locations have better experiences.
