We were extremely disappointed with our dining experience. The overall service was very poor. The staff seemed impatient while taking our order, and throughout the meal there was little to no attention given to our table. No one checked on us, refilled water, or asked if we needed anything. It felt like we were completely ignored. What we find even more unreasonable is the service charge added for a party of five. Considering the lack of basic service, it is difficult to understand why a service fee was applied. A service charge should reflect attentive and professional service, not be automatically imposed regardless of the experience. We hope the restaurant will take service quality more seriously. Customers are willing to pay for good service, but only when it is actually provided.

This is absolutely, hands down, one of my favorite spots. The food is so yummy and the atmosphere (especially on weekends) is just fun. Everyone is having a good time and having the chance to unwind. Han, Michelle, and TG were here tonight and they are so on top of service, making sure everyone is taken care of. I’m so glad this place is here and local. Definitely try it! (Also I’m a huge squid fan and I added a photo of the squid :))

This place is incredible! I came in about an hour before closing, ordered way too much food for a party of one, and everything still came out fast and absolutely perfect. I didn’t catch my server’s name, but she was wonderful—and yes, I tipped her well! Easily a 100/10. Highly recommend to anyone.

Pretty pricey for the level of service. Food was pretty decent. Servers added an extra kimchi pancake, then discounted the pancake on the check, so the auto-gratuity was calculated on a higher total. Kind of scummy, be better

We been waiting for a long time of the squid, when we try to ask if we can exchange it, and the server brings out in few seconds, but it seems like seating there for a while, when it brings out its not hot anymore, Also, there’s no water for refill if we are not asking for it, it was already empty for a long time.
