Darlene's Ice Cream

Amazing ice cream! I was lucky enough to try every flavor and there wasn't a single one I wouldn't enjoy to have again. I ended up choosing the cookies and cream, as it was some of the best I've ever had, but next time I go back I'll probably get either the chili mango sorbet or the chocolate fudge ice cream as those were definite runners up for me. They don't treat their sorbet as an after thought like so many places tend to and all of the flavors were delicious and super smooth. Perfect textures. Walking in felt super welcoming and they did a wonderful job with the vibes as well. Can't wait to go back!

What a wonderful selection. My favorites are Lychee Sorbet, butter pecan, mango chilli sorbet, and Key lime pie ice cream. I haven't tried these as pictured. But will try next time.

Darlene’s Ice Cream Shop is an absolute gem in Aurora! Every visit feels like a treat! The shop is clean, cheerful, and welcoming, and the staff always greets you with a smile. The ice cream is rich, creamy, and full of flavor... you can really taste the quality in every scoop. They have something for everyone, from classics to creative seasonal flavors, and the waffle cones are perfection! You can tell that owner Joy and her team really care about their customers and their craft. If you’re craving a little happiness in a bowl...or cone... this is the place to go!

This is the best ice cream place on the planet! The flavors are unique and make it feel like summertime! The chili mango sorbet with tajin and chamoy was to die for. And the owners are the sweetest!

What a cute little place! The owner is super nice and the flavor profiles of the iv creams are amazing! I had a sesame ice cream with a red miso caramel which was surprisingly delicious! Definitely worth the stop, lots of familiar flavors on the menu, as well! Will come back here many times! I would have posted my ice cream, but it was so good I couldn’t wait to eat it!
