Amazing Thai food truck in Maui! The location is perfect and the food is even better. I’ve been to Thailand a few times, and this place instantly brought me back to the streets of Bangkok (just a bit pricier than street food, haha). I ordered the Pad See Ew and... It was incredible! Honestly one of the best I’ve had outside Thailand, and I could’ve easily eaten two. Prices are fair for the quality and portion. The seating area is covered, so you’re good whether it’s sunny or raining, and the whole place has a cozy, chill vibe surrounded by other food trucks. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in Maui and craving real Thai flavors.

We had the chicken satee and it was delicious! The peanut sauce was to die for! And the spicy slaw also yummy! Even though the chicken was the meat, there was no fat or skin. Highly recommend. Great food truck park with lots of options.

We were looking for a red curry and went with the chicken Penang with extra chicken. The flavor was there but the chicken was not for me. Maybe it was due to it being a darker meat than is usually served back home. My husband was disappointed in the amount that was there considering he had ordered extra. It was not spicy at all.

At first, from the parking lot, this place didn’t look very impressive, but once we walked inside, we were pleasantly surprised. This food truck park turned out to be very cozy, clean, and full of character. Each food truck has its own vibe, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and very Hawaiian. We came here with our family and really enjoyed it — the food was delicious, and the service was friendly and welcoming. We especially want to say thank you to Thai Me Up — the food was amazing, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really feel the care and passion behind it. As restaurant owners ourselves, we truly understand how hard this work is, and we are very grateful for the love, effort, and dedication you put into what you do. Very cute food truck park just down from the Maui airport across from Costco. Had the Thai food truck - their Pad Thai with chicken and their garlic shrimp entrees. The food was very good, plenty to fill us up. $15-16 per entree.
