Bearded BBQ Maui

Great little food truck park with may choices. I of course had to go for BBQ and the Bearded BBQ Maui did not disappoint. The value for amount of food was perfect. I did the ribs and brisket with sides of Mac and Cheese and the corn bread. Everything was top notch, well seasoned and cooked perfect. Definitely recommend!

MAUIS BEST! There was 2 BBQ spots on our lil island. 1 for brisket, the other for ribs. Both closed in the last couple years. Stumbled onto this place after my favorite happy hour, but it was closed. Tried again, tonight. I already ate, but it was open, so HAD to at least try something to go for later tonight. This brisket plate is THE BEST that I’ve had on island! Ever! Owner (I assume by the beard) was pleasant & even threw in a slice of cornbread, complimentary! (I’ve had regular hearty cornbread. I’ve had super sweet cornbread. Ordering cornbread on the side seems very secondary to me. ..But my partner says to not say how amazing this is, or he’s gonna sell out every day!)

Really really good bbq. And a great deal. We got 9 meats and 4 sides for $90. The brisket was phenomenal and so was the chicken. The bbq beans are not your traditional bbq beans - they use black beans. A different take for sure. Definitely check this place out!

Hailing from Texas, we know good BBQ—and this place rivals or even surpasses what you'd find back home. The brisket and chicken were perfectly moist and bursting with flavor. The cornbread was a delicious, flavorful treat. Portions were generous, making us feel well worth the price. We highly recommend this spot for an authentic and satisfying BBQ experience.

The best BBQ we have had on any of the islands and some of the best I have had anywhere in the country. We had the ribs plate, rice and beans with some cornbread which were both amazing and had us asking why we didn’t try some of the other meats. The pickles were also amazing along with the homemade BBQ sauce l, which was a vinegar style and paired perfectly with the ribs. Our plate also had some delicious kimchi and we think we will probably go back tomorrow to try some of the other meats. Highly recommend trying this place, you will certainly be more than happy with your meal. Roy is a great guy and it was fun to talk story with him while he showed off his moves turning out fresh from scratch plates.
