Very disappointing service. My partner, child, and I visited around 4 PM when the restaurant was empty. The owner was training a new front desk employee. We made eye contact when we walked in, but there was no greeting or acknowledgment. After we sat down, the owner came over and simply said “Just 3?” with no welcome. When my partner asked about juice options, the owner impatiently said it was on the menu. We understood that, but as customers it’s normal to ask questions. A simple answer or guidance would have been appreciated. The owner remained cold and impatient during the entire ordering process, which made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Thai Bistro is my go to for delicious, affordable Thai in the North Puget Sound region. Their portions are generous and their flavors are amazing. We also have them as our go-to for Uber Eats. Never had a single bag experience.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Thai Bistro in Mill Creek for about 6–7 years now, and they never disappoint! My go-to dish is always the chicken pad thai, and it’s consistently delicious every single time. The flavors are spot on, and the portions are generous—enough to leave you satisfied for multiple meals. It’s truly a gem in the neighborhood, and I keep coming back for more. Highly recommend it!

My family was famished after church and we needed a place to eat good food. I have a thing for Thai food and I searched this restaurant close to my church in mill creek and I was not disappointed. The meals are affordable (average $15) & they were large enough. We ordered 3 plates/servings for a family of 5 with Thai tea and my kids (picky eaters) loved everything. We still needed to take one full plate home as we were already full. We got value for our money and I dare say it’s worth every penny. Compared to other Asians restaurants we have visited, their level of hotness in spice is high so tread carefully.
