Thai At Laurel

First time dined at this location, and found out they have the same owner as Dok Khao Thai (Columbia). Exactly same menu, in a way, it’s a good thing, so we knew what to expect. Service was good. Quiet - it was in between meal time. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Taste and flavor of the dishes were consistent. Delicious all around. No issues with parking. Had a great late lunch.

I received a gift card to here and decided to try the crab fried rice. It was the best fried rice I’ve ever had. It was very moist and flavorful and had large chunks of crab meat. It was a big portion for only $22. I highly recommend it and will be back. Update: The Street Noodles are good too.

It's absolutely worth the wait! Thai at Laurel has been on our must-try list for a while, and I’m so glad today was the day we finally visited. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the service was impressively fast. The restaurant is spotless and charmingly decorated and cozy yet modern. Now let’s talk about the food. I rate it 10s across the board! We ordered the Drunken Noodles with chicken, and the flavor was incredible. The Street Noodles were simple yet absolutely perfect. While the dish only came with two shrimp, the taste was so delicious that it honestly didn’t matter. The portions are generous. I ordered crab ragoons. I thought for $20 they would be so good. Nope! They were as big as a 50 cent piece and mid if that. So crazy! No flavor, weird texture and so tiny!!
