Texas Roadhouse

This was the grand opening, the wife and I to try it out. I had the prime rib steak medium rare with a baked potato and a house salad. It came with cinnamon butter rolls. And the wife had a steak and baked potato. The waitress very attentive the food was great. The restaurant was very clean. Everyone was having a great time. We definitely going back.

All these reviews on Facebook, but not on Google maps?? ANYWAY Our waitress was Marge, and she was awesome! Great customer service and knew the menu. Rolls were good, food was good, some of the waiters/waitresses were even line dancing! Everyone was smiling and working together well

A good steak needs salt, but when you put it in your mouth you don't want your tongue pickled. They did a good medium rare sear on my steak. But I just couldn't eat it. Sides were fantastic. But when the steak it at least double the salt of the bacon on my loaded fries it's ruined. Manager and waiter were fantastic and understood. Due to the wait for the table, If it wasn't as busy I would have requested a very lightly seasoned steak. I really couldn't rate the quality of the steak as it was pickled. I think it would have been fantastic had I known ahead of time to request light seasoning. But I feel it had been soaked in tenderizer or a brine before it hit the grill. Worst roadhouse I've been to. Waiters are inattentive. Tried again and I wasn't greeted at the door I waited while 2 servers and the hostess? Sat there chatting. It felt like they didn't want my business so I left. I hope they get their act together.

The staff are very welcoming, service is excellent, and food was cooked perfectly. Love this new spot!
