Texas Roadhouse

Usually do not make bad reviews but this one is bad. I’ve sat down at this Texas road house and it was a great experience this is the second time I’ve ordered take out and 2nd time it’s been gross this time it’s rough. 2 steaks were ordered both room temperature and potatoe skins that were obviously old with cheese that looks like it was melted on a hour prior. Sit down and eat there fine but I would not recommend to order your food to pick up and go. The person at the window was awesome.

First time at the Texas Roadhouse on North Metro Parkway in Phoenix and we had a really good time. Staff was friendly right when we walked in and same energy when we left. You can tell they actually enjoy working there. The place has a fun vibe. Big screens with country music and sports, electric guitars on the ceiling, and this cool little corner dedicated to Willie Nelson. Nice touch. Our server Aimee was great. Knew the menu well and was easy to talk to. We did the $12.99 Early Dine deal which felt like a steal honestly. My husband got the 6 oz sirloin with corn and green beans. I went with the country fried chicken, broccoli, and a loaded sweet potato with toasted marshmallows. That sweet potato was ridiculous. And yeah, the rolls are as good as everyone says. Great food at good prices. My daughter loves this place and I sister we go there while visiting. I can say, I had a really good (and large) steak, loaded baked potato, and salad for less than $30! The bread you get was really good with the cinnamon butter.

This was a mediocre dining experience at best. My salad was slid on to my table with no comment. Merely toss and dash by an unknown server. It was a major challenge to get the shrimp off of the skewer and the server said there was no cocktail sauce. The potato was good so there was one high point to the meal. The Mac and cheese was tough and lacking in flavor. I will not be going back.

Your guises food is very awesome. Good I destroyed that burger down like eating it and your service is the best here. I really like the waiters and you have a very good environment. I would totally come back here again. This is the best experience I’ve ever had.
